Megan Bencen has nearly 20 years of experience in events, operations, and project management. She has overseen everything from Kellogg’s cross-country leadership summits to luxury startup company retreats, and store opening events for Whole Foods Market.
Megan is passionate about designing moments that feel effortless, intentional, and deeply memorable.
She lives in Austin, TX with her husband + two big dogs and loves exploring nature, yoga, floral design, baking, making ceramics, and long walks with friends.

Lindsey Chronert is an event designer and producer with a background in hospitality and design. She’s led retreats, celebrations, corporate events and brand experiences for clients including Ferrari, Disney, Lululemon and Google.
Lindsey’s work balances creative vision with thoughtful, detail-driven execution.
She lives in California and enjoys travel, art, cooking, cycling, 90’s hip hop and lifting heavy things.
